DESCRIPTION

WALLZ® REPEL is a Silane/Siloxane based water repellant coating for concrete and masonry. WALLZ® REPEL, repels water, yet enables trapped moisture to breath out.

USES

To reduce absorption of moisture and repel water. It protects concrete and masonry from water damage, dirt and efflorescence. Can be applied on Masonry, Roof Tiles, Mangalore Clay tiles and Cement based Substrate.

PROCEDURES

1. SURFACE PREPARATION : All surfaces to be in contact with WALLZ®REPEL must be dry and entirely free from oil, grease, or any other foreign substances which may interfere with the bond to the material. Old concrete surfaces should be cleaned with an oil-free stain remover such as MASONRY CLEANER or with a high pressure water blaster. New concrete should be well cured.
2. APPLICATION : WALLZ® REPEL should be applied with brush, roller or sprayer. Heavy coats are suggested for deeper penetration.
For best results with WATER-PEL apply in a floodcoat where there is a rundown of at least 40-50 cm (16-20 inches) from the surface. After this first coat is absorbed and the surface is no longer glossy, apply a second coat.
Protect the treated surfaces from the elements for 4-5 hours.
3. CLEAN UP: Clean tools and equipment with WATER CLEANUP. Clean hands and skin with soap and water.
