Technical Characteristics

Wallz® Bubble Finish is a decorative and protective wall coating with an attractive ‘drop effect’. In addition, it helps disguise any imperfections, minor cracks and uneven patches on walls. Its excellent adhesive power and water repelling qualities help and maintain its appearance over a long period of time and under varying climatic conditions.

Composition

Acrylic copolymers in emulsion, inorganic pigments, quartz powder, bactericides and various additives.

Use

Wallz® Bubble Finish may be used for the decoration and protection of internal and external lime/ cement plaster, cement, asbestos panels and concrete castings. It is perfect for prefabricated, reinforced concrete structures whose appearance needs improvement. It can also be applied on plywood and gypsum board panels. Multicolour effect can also be derived.

Preparation

New, smooth, regular and non-absorbent plasters do not need any special preparation. Old, Flaking or very absorbant plasters should first be brushed down and then treated with a coat of Walprimer, applied by brush. Uneven edges and depressions can be rectified by using a paste made of Baseputty Surface improver mixed with Portland Cement.

Application

Mix Wallz® Bubble Finish well before application. It is applied with a Spray Gun to get a Bubble Finish on to a primed / painted surface. The product is rain proof after six hours of its application and is completely hard within 24 hours at a temperature of 20° C.

Important

• Protect the product from excessive heat and cold.
• Mix the product well before use.
• Wash all equipments with water immediately after use.
• Avoid application in hot sun and strong winds.
• Application has to be carried out temperature above 5° C.
