Description

WALLZ® Rollatex is based on tough, weather resistant acrylic copolymer emulsion. It gives a heavy textured decorative and protective finish.

Use

It is suitable for exterior and interior use on surfaces such as brickwork, cement plaster, concrete, gypsum board, plywood etc.

Coverage

It’s coverage depends on the porosity of the substrate and the application thickness. Typically about 1.5 sqm per litre. The DFT can vary between 200 to 2500 microns.

Physical Properties

It is a Waterbase Mineral Polymer Compound.
Colour : White Base or in Approved Pre Coloured Solids % : 70+ 2

Surface Preparation

The surface to be applied should be sound, clean, dry & free from any impurity like dust, oil, grease etc. On a friable and chalky substrate, a coat of WALLZ® Sealer cum Primer is recommended prior to application of WALLZ® Rollatex.

Method Of Application

Can be applied by either Spray or Roller, depending on the kind of finish required. Stir the product well and thoroughly before use.

Storage

WALLZ® Rollatex should be stored in a cool dry well ventilated place away from heat and sun.

Packing

Available in 25 kg HDPE Bags / bulk drums of about 60kg for projects also available.
