DESCRIPTION

WALLZ® SEAL ‘N’ CURE is a semi-gloss acrylic concrete sealer which produces a hard transparent film to protect concrete surfaces and to aid in the curing process.

USES

ADVANTAGES

WALLZ® SEAL ‘N’ CURE has the following advantages:
I) With exposed aggregate concrete and regular concrete
1. Can be applied soon after finishing the Slab.
2. Reduces Aggregate Pop Outs due to changes in temperature
3. Produces a Smooth Surface to Seal.
4. Dustproof.
II) With Pavers
1. Will protect and enhance natural colour of Pavers.
2. Reduces vegetative growth between pavers.
3. Bonds sand between pavers

PROCEDURES

SURFACE PREPARATION
Apply to new concrete immediately after finishers are complete and surface will support weight of applicator. Any ponded water should be dissipated before application of sealer.
Old concrete surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned with an oil-free stain remover such as WALLZ Masonry Cleaner. Severe contamination can be removed with a high pressure water cleaner or sandblasting. Ensure the surfaces to be sealed do not have surface water or outwardly migrating moisture before applying the sealer.

APPLICATION

Apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer to form a uniform coating without puddles. When using a roller, apply slowly so as to not entrap air beneath Cure ‘N Seal. For additional protection or a higher gloss a second coating may be applied after the first coating is thoroughly dry. Drying time is 1-2 hours in normal conditions. Do not apply at temperatures below 4 C (40 F) or in direct sunlight.Apply WALLZ® SEAL ‘N’ CURE to a cool surface
