Technical Characteristics

Scratch Plaster is a decorative and protective thick textured synthetic wall finish suitable for external and internal use. It has recessed textures in desired direction. It adheres perfectly to any kind of substrate, even in adverse environmental conditions.

Composition

Acrylic copolymers and mineral compounds, bactericides and various additives.

Use

Scratch Plaster may be used for the decoration and protection of internal and external lime/cement plaster, gypsum, concrete castings and asbestos. Can also be applied on old pre painted surfaces.

Packing

Scratch Plaster is available in ready to use form in 25 kg. HDPE Bags.

Application

Mix Scratch Plaster well before application. After its application with a stainless steel trowel, textures can be derived with a plastic trowel. The product is rain proof after 6 hours of its application and completely hard within 24 hours at a temperature of 20° C.

Important

• Protect the product from excessive heat and cold.
• Mix the product well before use.
• Wash all equipments with water immediately after use.
• Avoid application in hot sun and strong winds.
• Application to be carried out above 5 degree Centigrade.
